Preparing for Your Appointment

Touch Therapy Medical Massage takes special care to understand the unique needs of each of our clients to design custom solutions that exceed expectations. Our attentive staff makes every effort to ensure you are 100% satisfied.  So that we may serve you better, you may wish to download and complete then print our Touch Client Profile file. Bring it with you and present at check in.  The information will help us serve you better. Also, Touch Therapy Medical Massage would recommend to shower before your session. It’s common courtesy, and it makes the experience better for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule scheduled services. When we contact you, a credit card will be required to reserve your appointment. If you do not feel comfortable giving our your credit card over the phone you have and option to schedule your appointment online or a walk-in (not always guaranteed, depending on the number of scheduled appointments). Failure to cancel scheduled services at least 24 hours in advance will result in a $25.00 per person of the scheduled service fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file for the reservation.

Insurance Customers

If you have Aetna or OSU NGS insurance you will need to verify your coverage to be sure it includes massage therapy. Next you will need to bring a prescription from your doctor, a picture ID, your insurance card and copay if applicable. If you need our assistance with any of this, don't hesitate to call us. We're happy to help. Upon conclusion of your massage, we will bill your insurance less your copay.  It's that simple! 

Other Considerations

We have both male and female therapist.  Let us know your preference, should you decide to call our office. Also, let us know what you're looking for in a massage for example: Swedish or relaxation massage versus deep tissue massage. Both are relaxing and both can greatly reduce tension and stress in your body.
